For the past four years, I have worked as a graphic designer in the Boise area while earning my MBA with an emphasis in Marketing Leadership. In my current role at a local sign company, I design signage and marketing collateral for numerous real estate companies and individual agents, primarily based in Idaho. A key responsibility is ensuring that every project aligns with each client's established brand standards and visual identity.
 

As the lead designer, I oversee a team of three designers, provide creative direction, maintain organized client design files, and ensure consistency and quality across all projects. This role has strengthened my leadership, project management, and communication skills while allowing me to build lasting relationships with clients across the real estate industry.
